What I collect, and only when you give it

You can read every page without entering your details. As with other websites, the host receives standard request information when a page loads, as described below.

If you enter your details on this site, I receive:

• Your first name and email address, from the form on the home page or at the end of the quiz.
• What you want to explore, if you add a note to a coaching enquiry. The note is optional for both individual and group enquiries.
• Your coaching interest, such as individual or group coaching and the programme you selected, if any.
• Your quiz answers and result, if you took the quiz. That is the pattern you came out as and which options you chose.
• How you arrived, meaning any campaign details on the link you clicked, the first page you visited and the site you came from, if any. When you send an enquiry, these details travel with it so I can understand which links are reaching people.

If you go on to the application form, you also give me your answers to the questions I ask there. Those are often personal. I treat them that way.

What I do with it

I read it, and I may reply to you by email. That is the whole purpose.

If you request your full quiz reading, the site attempts to send one automatic email with your result from my address. Your reading is also shown on screen in case the email does not arrive. There is no sequence behind it, no newsletter, and no mailing list you have been added to. Anything else you ever receive from me is written by hand.

Who else touches it

I am one person, so I use ordinary services to run this. Your details pass through:

• Formspree, which receives the forms on this site and emails them to me.
• Google, for the application form and the spreadsheet it feeds, for my email, and for the small Google script that records quiz answers and attempts to send the result email. The home page serves its typefaces locally; other pages use Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when those pages load.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Like any web host it keeps standard server records of requests.
• ImprovMX, which forwards mail sent to my aaron@ address into my inbox.

Each of these has its own privacy terms. I do not give your details to anyone else, and I do not sell them.

Cookies and tracking

I do not add analytics or advertising cookies or pixels to this site. There is no Meta pixel or Google Analytics following you to other sites.

During your visit, campaign details, the page you arrived on, the site you came from, and choices such as a programme, audience or quiz result may be kept in what is called session storage. This lets those choices follow you between the home page, the quiz and the enquiry form. The information stays on your device until you choose to submit a form, and it disappears from the browser when you close the tab.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries and applications while I am considering them, and for as long as we are working together or might. I do not have a policy of holding things forever, and if you ask me to delete your details I will delete them.

What you can ask me for

You can ask me to tell you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can ask me to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live you may also have a formal right to those things, and I will honour them either way.

The way to do any of that is simply to email me. There is no form and no process. I will do it.

Children

This coaching is for adults. The site is not intended for anyone under sixteen, and I do not knowingly collect their details.
